My wake-up call
I was living a life that looked fine on the outside and felt off on the inside. I was on autopilot, drifting away from who I was, until burnout and self-doubt forced me to stop and listen. I slowed down, reconnected with my values, and rebuilt a life that fit.
Coaching turned reflection into daily practice. I made clearer choices, set healthy boundaries, and restored energy over time. Now I help others move forward with clarity, purpose, and renewed momentum.
